BLACK SEA DAY

On the 31st of October we celebrate "The International Day of the Black Sea". We had lots of activities this week. We prepared papers, we made posters, we wrote poems. We, class 6C, prepared a short play, but, unfortunately, we don't have the pictures yet, we will post them on Monday.

On the 30th a scientist from the National Institute of Marine Research and Development came to our school and talked about the importance of the Black Sea and how we can help to protect it.

Here are some of our poems. They are called "Diamond poems":

Sea

Beautiful and calm

It has wonderful colours

Fish and ships

Wondering.

Sea

Black, stormy

The sight of it reminds me of life

Seagulls, freedom

To fly.

Sea
Big, beautiful
I like the waves crashing
Fish, Birds
To watch.

And this is one of the pictures with the Black Sea that we liked best.

More to come....
These are our posters:
