Colégio do Sardão makes GÖZLEME and AYRAN
On the 15th of December we tried to make the Turkish recipe:GÖZLEME and AYRAN…one must confess that it was a great success, everybody just loved it…both classes 4th A and 4th C even wanted to repeat the recipe but unfortunately we had no time left to do it again…thank you Tevfikbey Primary School for the wonderful recipe.

We are very pleased to hear that you liked the recipe.It is liked by many people in Turkey, too. You can also cook gözleme with potato or spinach. It takes more time than the other but it really tastes delicious.
