Mutalan koulu, Finland

IT WORKS-TOYS! 4. class pupils studied technology and physique. Every group of pupils (four children in each group) had to plan and make a toy, which is moving. Everybody had the same materials: little engine, sticks, wires, paints, paper, cardboard and nails. For examble Mr Clown Prässi (picture below) eyes are rolling, his hands and feet are swinging and his tongue come out. He can lick his lollipop!

Vilma is writing a diary. She tells, that they are planning to do an aeroplane. An aeroplane has rolling wheels.

Deidra and Lotta are drawing a poster. They had to invent a name for they toy. It is "Kakstaso Kiituri", something like "Biplane Hawk".
