CHRISTMAS TARTSFIRST you must do dough of butter:
300 gram butter
400 gram wheat flour
one teaspoon paking powder
2dl (= two coffee cup) water
1. Mix butter, wheat flour and paking powder with your hand.
2. Add water and mix quickly.
3. Push the dough and shape it formed of square figure and wrap the dough into plastic.
4. Put the dough of butter in refrigerator or some other cold place.
The dough can be in the cold place for minimum two hours.
NOW, the dough is ready. You CAN start to MAKE CHRISTMAS TARTS:
Roll out the dough very thin (about 5 mm) and cut 10 X 10 cm squarepiecis.Make little nick in each corner.
Pick corner number one and corner number four in the middle of tart.
