Christmas tarts

CHRISTMAS TARTS
FIRST you must do dough of butter:
300 gram butter
400 gram wheat flour
one teaspoon paking powder
2dl (= two coffee cup) water
1. Mix butter, wheat flour and paking powder with your hand.
2. Add water and mix quickly.
3. Push the dough and shape it formed of square figure and wrap the dough into plastic.
4. Put the dough of butter in refrigerator or some other cold place.
The dough can be in the cold place for minimum two hours.
NOW, the dough is ready. You CAN start to MAKE CHRISTMAS TARTS:

Roll out the dough very thin (about 5 mm) and cut 10 X 10 cm squarepiecis.
Make little nick in each corner.
Pick corner number one and corner number four in the middle of tart.

(In this picture girls do something very strange...Their mother have taught them how you can do the Christmas flower...) GO ON!!



At the end put one spoonfull of plumjam or plummarmelad in the middle of the tart.




I am ready!!!

Brush the tarts with rak egg.

Preheat oven to 200 celcius grade and put tarts in. Bake them about 15-20 minutes.
Don´t forget tarts in oven!!!

When tarts are ready, if you want, you can sprinkle powder sugar on the tarts.


This sugar is as beautiful as snow...


Tarts are ready...Now it is time to little party...
