· A glass of sugar.
· A glass of olive oil
· A glass of milk
· Two glasses of flour
· Matalauvas (to your's taste)
· A packet of baking powder
· Walnuts (to your's taste)
· Raisins (to your's taste)
· Almonds (to your's taste)
PREPARATION
· Mix all the ingredients except walnuts, raisins and almonds and beat.
· Then, put it in a bowl.
· Put butter or oil in the baking tin.
· Put half of the mix in the baking tin.
· After that, put the walnuts and raisins in the bowl and pour the other half of the mix in it.
· Add the almonds.
· Bake in the oven for one hour at 150 degrees celsius. In that moment, pour some sugar and put it into the oven again for 15 minutes.
· Finally, wait until it cools down and take it out of the baking tin.
