Rice Pudding-TURKEY

Ingredients

4 glasses of milk
½ glass of rice
1/2 glass of sugar
A tea spoon of corn starch
2 glasses of water
Cinnamon


Wash rice





Put it in a pan and add water. Cook rice until the water is gone.


Put it in a casserole and add milk. Cook it till it is boiled.
When it starts to boil add sugar. Meanwhile mix corn starch with a few drops of water in another cup till it dissolves.

Add this mixture to the boiling milk and rice. Keep boiling till it thickens. Put it in separate bowls and sprinkle cinnamon on it.

Here is the rice pudding. ENJOY!!!
