Les crêpes Suzette


Les crêpes Suzette


Ingredients

- 250 grammes of flour.

- ½ litre of milk.

- 2 eggs.

- 25 grammes butter.

(and a little more to setup the crêpes)

- 1 soup spoon of sugar.

- one pinch of salt.

- oil (to cook the crêpes).

- orange jam.

- cream

- some orange alcohol like

Grand Marnier (or rhum).



Process


1. In the salad bowl, beat the flour with eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar and salt. Leave it for 1 hour.

2. Heat the pan with a little oil in it.

3. With a ladle, put some mixture on the pan distribute evenly by turning the frying pan.

4. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.

5. (most difficult part) Make all the crêpes and keep them safely away from greedy people until the serving time…

At the serving time (with adult help only)


1. Heat some butter in the frying pan.

2. Heat one side of a crêpe and turn it .

3. Spead some orange jam, cream and fold it.

4. Pour the alcohol over the crêpe, light it and serve.
