For 8 parts, you need:
1,5 kg of sweet potatoes
50 g of flour
150 g of sugar
150 g of butter
3 eggs
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon of rum
Wash and cook sweet potatoes, covered with water in a saucepan. Peel and mash.
Add the hot butter, the eggs, the sugar and the flour in the mashed. Add the packet of vanilla sugar and the rum and mix it.
Pour the mixture into a mold, remove with a fork. Bake at 170 degrees. Eat it cold.
