What a huge snowball!
In this picture is the second class with our Christmas candelier. The candelier is on the window during the hole December.

In this picture Elmeri and Maija are in front of our Christmasbag and
our Advent calendar. There is a Christmaspresent for everybody.

In the first class we have this kind of Advent calendar. Every day one pupil can take a little sock and open it. It includes a lollipop and a sticker.

What is an Advent Calendar?
Do you use it only in December?
Any pupil can take the sock or is some kind of a prize for good children?

Hello!
We have many kind of Christmas calendar;
calendar with the present, calendar with chocolate or calendar with some kind of pictures. You can change what kind of calendar you take for your own children at home or your own pupils at school.
We use calendar only in December
because we are waiting for Christmas. It is very important for the children. Every pupil get something if you have a Calendar with presets. If you have a Calendar with the pictures every children can open one door by his/her turn. There is some picture for example an angel, a star, an elf or something. There is Jesus-baby, mother Maria and father Josef behind the last door (24th of December). Do you understand me? Best wishes, teacher Riitta.
