Ham-Potato Casserole, Mutalan koulu Finland

Ingredients:
250 g cooked ham
2 chopped onion
500 g peeled & thinly sliced potatoes
1 dl grated cheese
4 dl cream
1,5 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper

In a casserole layer half of the ham,
half of the onion, and half of the
potatoes. Add half of the salt and
pepper. Repeat layers. Add grated
cheese. Pour cream over potatoes.
Bake in a 225 celsius oven 1 hour
and 20 minutes. Let stand 15
minutes and enjoy with fresh
salad!
